The Stables Area was renovated to create a large meeting space, along with several new smaller meeting rooms and offices. We were responsible for providing and installing modern meeting room equipment tailored to each environment.
Large Meeting Space
Because of the layout, we installed four 75”
Hisense display screens along the front wall, plus three additional 75” screens on mobile stands—all of which connect to the Crestron Room Control system. Flexibility was essential since the room’s configuration often changes; the system was programmed to adapt accordingly. Sometimes, all screens are used; other times, only half are needed, or just one screen on a trolley with a Logitech video conferencing camera is required for smaller meetings. To ensure clear audio throughout the room, each display screen features a powerful speaker bar mounted above it. Additionally, two self-charging wireless lapel microphones were installed discreetly under one of the screens, making voice announcements easily accessible
Meeting Room Spaces
Vangis installed Hisense 65” or 75” screens in each room, mounted on either the wall or a fixed floor stand. Every room included a Logitech video conferencing camera, speaker bar, ceiling microphones, and TAP touch controller for ease of use.
