BEDFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL

Again, we provide several services to this client. A major project has been the design and installation of the audio and visual equipment with the Council Chamber.

Some years ago the client approached us to look at their microphone system in the main Council Chamber. The existing system was not effective so w e provided an on-site demonstration with a new push-to-talk microphone system and the client was delighted with the improvement! Within a few weeks we supplied and installed a new system not just in their main Council Chamber but also extended the system into one of their main conference rooms.

The Quinta system allowed the client to set up the microphones easily as the system is wireless and each module has an integrated speaker so you can hear the speakers loud and clear.

We also updated their main Council Chamber with new LED display screens around the room – the largest screen at the front of the room was a 98” size supported by 2 x 65” screens at the rear of the room. All the screens were linked together so all the screens shows the same image from the PC or DVD player.
